Download Android app

Download the APK, open it, and follow Android’s installation prompts. If asked, allow your browser to install this app. You can turn that permission off again afterwards.

Keeping up to date

The app will let you know when a newer version is available. Install the update over your existing app to keep your sign-in and settings.

Xtasia Webchat

A dedicated space for your messages and event discussions on iPhone, Android and desktop. Sign in with your existing Xtasia account to pick up the same conversations you use on the website and Android app.

Open Webchat

Use it in your browser, or add it to your Home Screen for easy access. Webchat is for chat; membership details and bookings remain on the main website.

Install on iPhone or iPad

  1. Open webchat.xtasia.co.uk in Safari.
  2. Open the Share menu and choose Add to Home Screen. If shown, keep Open as Web App switched on, then tap Add.
  3. Open Xtasia Chat from its new Home Screen icon and sign in.

Install on Android or desktop

Open Webchat and use your browser’s Install app or Add to Home Screen option, where available. You can also keep using it in a browser tab.

Message notifications

Once signed in, select the bell icon in the top bar and allow notifications when your browser asks. On iPhone and iPad, notifications require iOS/iPadOS 16.4 or later and Webchat must be opened from the Home Screen.

Notifications are optional and enabled separately on each device. If you enable them in both Webchat and the Android app, you may receive a notification from each. Stay signed in to receive Webchat notifications.

Using an iPhone?

The native iPhone app is being prepared. You can use Xtasia Webchat now, including from your Home Screen using the steps above.
